While out shopping today, I found these books, about things I have thought about doing but has never happened.
So that is about to change. I’m going to aim for a green smoothie a day, to help with good health, vitality, energy and overall wellness.
Colour yourself calm one week at a time, with A year in colour book. Aiming to colour a page within the week.
And for my two super fussy eaters, trying some of the ideas and recipes from the Supercharged Foods for Kids book, to try and build stronger, healthier, brighter kids.
