Today was the very last training session before we leave for The 15th World Gymnaestrada in Helsinki, Finland.

The team has put in a lot of effort and hard work, to prepare and be ready for this great experience.

You all should feel proud.

   
        
The team were also given a club t-shirt, some of them arrive today and the rest due to arrive mid week. They look stunning.
